Santo Domingo, [Date] - Adel Al-Adgham, Kuwait's Ambassador to Cuba concurrently accredited to the Dominican Republic, presented his credentials as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kuwait to Dominican President Luis Abinader.

In a statement received by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Friday, the Embassy of Kuwait in Cuba reported that the credential ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo, with Dominican Foreign Minister Roberto Álvarez in attendance.

Ambassador Al-Adgham conveyed the warm greetings of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to President Abinader, along with His Highness's sincere wishes for the friendly people of the Dominican Republic. The Ambassador emphasized His Highness's commitment to supporting and developing bilateral relations between the two nations.

The statement noted that both sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance and strengthen cooperation across various fields, particularly in economic and trade domains, as well as mutual support in international forums.
