Major General Engineer Hashem Al-Refai, Deputy Commander of the National Guard, and Major General Talal Al-Roumi, Director General of Civil Defense, led a joint inspection tour on Tuesday evening of fire safety units deployed at Hussainiyas (Shia religious centers) and mourning gatherings.
