The General Secretariat of the Private Universities Council launched its awareness campaign for the Domestic Scholarship Program titled "Build Your Future" on Tuesday. The event, held at The Avenues Mall, will run until this coming Friday.
In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Adel Al-Bader, Secretary-General of the Council, emphasized that the Private Universities Council is committed to engaging directly with student audiences through this on-site initiative, addressing their inquiries regarding required specializations, grade requirements, and registration procedures.
Al-Bader explained that this marks the campaign's third edition, targeting Kuwaiti high school graduates seeking to enroll in domestic scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year.
He noted that the Council has, for the first time, approved a comprehensive domestic scholarship bylaw. This document clearly outlines students' obligations and eligibility criteria, reflecting the Council's efforts to enhance Kuwait's domestic scholarship system and streamline admission processes.
