The title holder, Bayern Munich, crushed their rivals Leipzig 6-0 on Friday in the opening match of the German Football League (Bundesliga).

Bayern Munich took the lead through Michael Olise in the 27th minute before Luis Díaz, who arrived from Liverpool (England), added the second goal in the 32nd minute. In the 42nd minute, Olise returned to score his second goal and the third for the Bavarian team, which ended the first half leading 3-0.

In the second half, English star Harry Kane shone, scoring three goals to confirm his hold on the competition's top scorer title, which he won in the last two seasons.
