After previous reports suggested an unexpected name change to become Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 instead of Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2, new information has emerged confirming that the processor has achieved unprecedented performance in tests.

According to recent leaks from Digital Chat Station, the processor has managed to surpass the 4 million points barrier on the AnTuTu platform, a number that far outperforms the current most powerful processors with a score of only 2.5 to 3 million points.
