Apple has increased the monthly subscription cost for its extended warranty service, AppleCare Plus, for iPhones by 50 cents in the United States, with expectations that this price hike will soon be applied in other countries.
This increase applies to both the standard AppleCare Plus plan and the plan that covers iPhone theft or loss. For example, the AppleCare Plus plan for the iPhone 16 will now cost $10.50 per month instead of the previous $10.
