Samsung is preparing to revive the A7x series after a years-long hiatus, after the launch of the Galaxy A73 in 2022 and the complete disappearance of this category, it now seems that the company is working on reintroducing it again with the Galaxy A77.

A prototype of the Galaxy A77 appeared in the Geekbench database, and it runs on Android 16, includes 8GB of RAM, as well as a new processor that has not been officially announced. This processor is based on the Exynos 2400 and 2400e families, but it comes with lower frequencies, indicating that it is a less powerful version of the same family.
