Apple Studio Display 2 may be released this year with Mini-LED backlight..
According to the latest information from Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Consultants, Apple plans to launch the next generation of Studio Display by late 2025.
Mark Gurman, a journalist at Bloomberg, confirmed the rumors, noting that Apple's next screen will be released by 2026.
The new screen, known internally as the J427 code, is said to retain the same 27-inch size. Apple is also rumored to be using an LG-made IPS panel, with Epistar's Mini-LED backlight.
However, the company has not revealed any additional details about the specifications, and it remains unclear whether the screen will support refresh rates above 60Hz.
