The (Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity) announced today, Monday, the opening of registration for the Apprenticeship Program for the second consecutive year, aiming to qualify Kuwaiti youth to become certified trainers in the fields of technology, integrated sciences, and digital manufacturing.
The Director General of the Center, Nada Al-Dehani, stated in a press release that the program targets university students in their third and fourth years or recent graduates of 2025. Participants will undergo intensive training covering three different stages.
Al-Dehani explained that the first stage involves training the trainers, followed by on-the-job training for 120 paid hours, culminating in the final stage, which includes signing contracts with trainees who have successfully completed all stages and adhered to the terms and conditions.
He pointed out that the program offers participants the opportunity to gain practical experience in the latest technologies and best training methods.
He added, "The program is not limited to preparing trainers only but aims to build a generation of youth capable of transferring technical knowledge in innovative ways, developing an educational environment that keeps pace with the latest global trends in training, and creating promising career opportunities in rich fields and engineering."
Al-Dehani stated that registration is open until April 8, 2025, with the program set to launch in May 2025. Interested individuals can apply through the Center's official channels.
