Al-Qadsiah qualified for the final of the Gulf Football Champions League by defeating the UAE's Al-Nasr in a penalty shootout..

Kuwait's Al-Qadsiah Club qualified today, Tuesday, for the final of the Gulf Football Champions League after defeating the UAE's Al-Nasr (4-3) in a penalty shootout.  


The two teams resorted to extra time after the original match ended with a score of (2-1) in favor of Al-Nasr, and (2-2) on aggregate over the two legs, as Al-Qadsiah had won the first leg with a clean goal.  


The goals for Al-Nasr were scored by Matheus de Oliveira in the 16th minute and Samir Memišević in the 56th minute, while Bader Al-Mutawa scored for Al-Qadsiah in the 77th minute.  


In the final, Al-Qadsiah will face the winner of the other semi-final match between Saudi Arabia's Al-Ettifaq and Iraq's Duhok, which will take place tomorrow, Wednesday.
