The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing, Abdulaziz Al-Mujail, issued a ministerial decision to extend the work of the special team for women's housing affairs, chaired by Sheikha Bibi Yusuf Al-Sabah.  

The Public Authority for Housing Care stated in a press release today, Wednesday, that the Minister of Housing's decision emphasizes the team's efforts in carrying out its tasks, which began last October and included addressing observations related to providing housing care for women.  

The Authority added that the proposals submitted by the team during its previous work period are being studied and implemented in accordance with the regulations governing housing care.  

It explained that the extension decision added a representative from the Ministry of Interior to the team, alongside the Distribution Department supervisor at the Authority, to support the implementation of certain procedures, review proposals, and address observations from eligible female citizens regarding housing care promptly.  

The Authority affirmed the Minister of Housing's and its Board of Directors' commitment to providing housing care to eligible female citizens in accordance with the Housing Care Law.
