562 food baskets distributed in the Yemeni governorates of Marib and Hadramaut with Kuwaiti funding..

Today, Thursday, the Kuwaiti charitable organizations Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity and Balad Al-Khair distributed 562 food baskets to affected and displaced families in the Yemeni governorates of Marib and Hadramaut. This initiative is part of Ramadan charity projects, extending the "Kuwait by Your Side" relief campaign for the Yemeni people, now in its tenth consecutive year.  


The Yemeni organization "Human Access," responsible for the distribution, stated in a press release that it distributed 321 food baskets to displaced and affected families in Marib Governorate, funded by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity.  


It added that 241 food baskets were distributed to impoverished families in the city of Mukalla, the center of Hadramaut Governorate, funded by Balad Al-Khair.  


In a press statement, Abdulwasea Al-Waseai, Secretary-General of Human Access, praised Kuwait's support for Ramadan charity projects in Yemen, highlighting its importance in strengthening the resilience of affected families and improving their living conditions amid the harsh challenges faced by the Yemeni people.  


Al-Waseai emphasized that Kuwait, through its leadership, government, and people, is committed to promoting the values of charity, generosity, and giving to bring happiness to people, assist those in need, provide relief to the afflicted, and contribute to creating hope for the poor and needy, alleviating their suffering during the holy month of Ramadan.
