Her Excellency Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of Public Works, Signs East Al-Raqqa Infrastructure Development Contract
Kuwait City, [Date] – H.E. Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of Public Works, today signed the East Al-Raqqa Development Project contract, encompassing:
Road construction, completion, and maintenance
Stormwater drainage systems
Integrated infrastructure networks
designed to meet the region's growing residential needs.
Traffic & Urban Development:
"The project will enhance traffic flow, upgrade surrounding road networks, and expand local roads to accommodate anticipated urban expansion and population growth in adjacent areas," stated H.E. Al-Mashaan during Monday's press briefing. "It specifically targets congestion reduction and overall mobility improvement."
Infrastructure Modernization:
The initiative will:

Design Phase Completion:
