The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday expressed Kuwait's strong condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces' aggression against the town of Kouya in western Daraa Governorate, sisterly Syria, which resulted in multiple casualties.

In its official statement, the Ministry:
• Reiterated Kuwait's firm position on respecting Syria's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity
• Emphasized the UN Security Council's responsibility to maintain international peace and security
• Called for an end to Israel's systematic and blatant violations threatening regional security and stability

Casualty Report:
Earlier today, seven civilians were killed when Israeli occupation forces shelled Kouya town in western Daraa countryside during their incursion into the area.
