"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed today, Friday, the State of Kuwait’s solidarity and sympathy with the friendly Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Kingdom of Thailand following the earthquake that struck the two countries, resulting in hundreds of casualties, including deaths and injuries, in addition to substantial material damage.

In a statement, the Ministry said, 'While extending its sincere condolences and sympathy to the governments and friendly peoples of both countries, the Ministry wishes the injured a speedy recovery.'"
