The Ministry of Higher Education has announced the opening of registration for its annual overseas scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year, starting today, Wednesday, and continuing until Thursday, July 3rd.

In an official statement, the Ministry clarified that the registration system will remain open even after the announcement of public secondary school results. This extended period aims to provide equal opportunities for students from both public and private secondary schools to apply for the Ministry's scholarship seats.

The Ministry further explained that there will be direct integration between the Ministry of Education's website and the Higher Education Ministry's portal once results are published. This integration will enable public secondary school students to register directly for the scholarship program.

Officials emphasized that selection for overseas scholarship seats will not be based on early registration or speed of application submission. Rather, the evaluation will depend on the completeness of submitted documents, fulfillment of all requirements, and meeting the announced grade thresholds specified in the scholarship plan.
