Reports indicate that the chip has the model number SM8850, and may be named Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2.

Meanwhile, rumors have surfaced about another high-performance chip with the model number SM8845. According to the famous leaker Digital Chat Station, it may be called Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

It's important to note that this chip is not the Snapdragon 8s Gen 5, which is supposed to succeed the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
