The Ministry of Health, represented by the Elderly Healthcare Services Department, launched on Sunday an awareness campaign about the risks of polypharmacy (multiple medication use) under the slogan "Health with Balanced Medication." The campaign will run until next Thursday across various health centers and shopping malls.

Campaign Objectives:

The initiative aims to:

• Raise awareness among elderly patients and their caregivers about safe and balanced medication use

• Identify inappropriate or duplicate prescriptions

• Improve overall health outcomes and quality of life for seniors

Campaign Schedule:

• Sunday: Capital Mall (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

• Monday: Al-Eyoun Health Center (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• Tuesday: Al-Jabriya Health Center (Mahmoud Haidar) (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• Wednesday: Bayan Health Center

• Thursday: Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
