Etihad Water & Electricity is the first utility entity to adopt the Win digital platform for bills and notifications..

In a new step towards the UAE's secure digital transformation, and in an effort to develop its services and enhance the customer experience, Etihad Water and Electricity (EWE) has announced its official adoption of the UAE Digital Post Box (EE) platform at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai. The company becomes the first UAE-wide service entity to join this advanced national platform.

A secure and reliable digital channelThe WWEEN platform will allow Etihad Water & Electricity customers to receive bills and notifications through their personal account linked to the UAE PASS, ensuring that all correspondence reaches only trusted official entities, away from the risk of fraudulent or spam messages.


The platform also provides users with a unified and permanent digital locker to keep all invoices and correspondence securely and easily accessible.
