Oppo launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro phones in China in mid-October, then expanded with a global launch at the end of the same month.
Today, the company announced a new step to enhance the user experience, where anyone who purchases a Find X9 series device will receive direct one-on-one personal support, as well as exclusive priority service at OPPO service centers around the world.
Both phones are available in a number of select markets, including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam and Mexico.
One-on-one support will be provided through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Line and Zalo, where users can reach out directly to service representatives for immediate product consultations or technical support.
