Google officially launches the second beta version of Android 16..

Google has officially started sending Android 16 Beta 2 to eligible pixel devices, as this update brings multiple improvements compared to the first beta, including media and camera improvements, performance adjustments, and enhancements to accessibility and compatibility.

The new update is available for a range of devices, including Pixel 6 and later, Pixel Tablet, and Android Emulator. Users who are already enrolled in Android Beta must be automatically updated via OTA.


New camera enhancements include hybrid auto exposure, fine-tuning of color and tint temperature, support for motion capture, and support for Ultra HDR in HEIC format. Google also confirmed that it is working on AVIF support for Ultra HDR in upcoming releases.

In addition, the update brings advanced graphical capabilities via the AGSL graphics shading language, allowing for effects such as borders, gradients, and saturation adjustments.....
