Qatar expressed its full support today, Friday, for the unity, independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Sudan, and rejected any form of interference in its internal affairs. In a statement, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on all parties to prioritize the supreme national interest and spare the country the risk of division.

The ministry reiterated Qatar's call for a comprehensive dialogue that leads to sustainable peace, preserves Sudan's unity, and fulfills the aspirations of its people for security, stability, and development.
