The State of Kuwait welcomed, on Saturday, the international efforts aimed at promoting a culture of tolerance and coexistence among nations. This came in a statement issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the occasion of the International Day to Combat Islamophobia, which was established by the United Nations General Assembly to enhance international efforts in addressing all forms of discrimination and intolerance against Muslims.
The State of Kuwait also called for continued efforts to support the language of dialogue, peaceful coexistence, and interfaith and intercultural harmony, as well as to spread the values of mutual respect to ensure a world characterized by security and stability.
