The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Counselor Dr. Adel Borsali, has called on the Council to convene an urgent special session tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Council's headquarters in the New Justice Palace, to discuss the topics and royal directives.  

In a press statement issued today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Justice stated that the meeting is being held to consider the directives included in the speech delivered by His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect and preserve him, during his meeting with members of the judiciary on the evening of the day before yesterday, and to implement them.  

His Highness the Amir, may God protect and preserve him, directed the judiciary to expedite the Kuwaitization of judicial and supporting positions, to fear God in issuing rulings, to promptly resolve disputes, to deliver clear judgments, to achieve justice, and to avoid conflicting rulings in similar cases.
