OPPO launches AI-powered customer service system..

OPPO has enhanced its after-sales ecosystem by integrating artificial intelligence technologies by introducing the large language model developed internally (AndesGPT) into its customer support system.

The new system currently operates in more than 20 countries and regions, supports interaction in 13 different languages, and provides a quick and round-the-clock response, even outside of official working hours and during holidays. OPPO also offers WhatsApp support in 13 markets, becoming the first company in the smartphone sector to adopt this type of AI-powered service.


According to the company, 60% of OPPO users around the world now receive support through the new system, and OPPO aims to expand it to 21 countries by the end of the year, in addition to other digital platforms such as Facebook.
