From chatting to video production. Artificial Intelligence Applications Usher in a New Era..

Nearly three years after the launch of ChatGPT, AI applications have entered a new phase of experimentation, which has been the gateway for users to generative AI technologies.

While chatbots have become the most popular tool in the field of artificial intelligence, the industry's leading companies, led by OpenAI, are now seeking to go further by searching for the indispensable application that makes AI a key element in users' lives.

Current developments raise a fundamental question: will we see a new generation of applications built entirely on AI, or will the experiment be limited to adding smart features to the traditional apps that users already rely on?

OpenAI recently unveiled a new social app called Sora, which allows people and their friends to engage with their consent in AI-generated videos, a move aimed at competing with short-form video platforms such as TikTok.

The company described the app as potentially a GPT-3.5 video moment, a reference to the model that launched the ChatGPT revolution years ago.

This comes in conjunction with YouTube's integration of artificial intelligence tools into its Shorts service, and Meta's announcement of the launch of a content feed made entirely of user-generated videos via artificial intelligence.
