The company's only foldable OnePlus Open, has officially joined Android 16 phones, as it has started receiving the stable update of the OxygenOS 16 interface built on Android 16.

At the moment, the update is limited to India only, but OnePlus has confirmed that the update will be available in other regions soon. The update has version number CPH2551_16.0.0.201(EX01) and is transmitted over the air (OTA).

The update is being rolled out in batches, so if you own a OnePlus Open purchased in India and haven't received the update notification yet, don't worry, as it's expected to arrive within the next few days.
